Crushon AI is the best option for roleplay due to their attention to detail. You can train your AI to your liking, and if an answer was too robotic you can give it feedback. The AI at Crushon is trained using an advanced language model, and it gave us relatively human dialogue from the start without much tweaking.
Spicychat uses a smaller scale AI model, making it a bit more unnatural according to us. The main issue we noticed was that the chatbot often repeated itself due to poor memory. We got some very AI-like responses in our testing as well.
For realism, Crushon AI performs considerably better than Spicychat thanks to their advanced AI models.
Image Quality
Crushon is primarily a text based chatbot, without much support for image generation within the chats. Recently Crushon introduced a separate NSFW AI Image generator to use for your images for your character. The image quality is okay, and it took a couple of prompts to get good images. Overall the image quality is good, but it good be better.
Spicychat offer a built in image generator for each of your characters. You can request images at any time, with varying response times. The image generator requires the Tier 2 plan (True Supporter) which requires a subscription of $20 a month which is quite steep compared to the entry level plan of $5 a month.
The image quality at Spicychat is great thanks to the Stable Diffusion model they use, and it doesn’t require much prompting to get good quality.
